The Directors have carefully considered the Group’s future liquidity, operating performance and available sources of funding, and are of the opinion that cash flows generated from operating activities, together with appropriate financing activities, will be sufficient to satisfy the Group’s operational capital requirements and repay outstanding interest-bearing borrowings.
