The Trainee Programme is executed in two phases which include on-the-job training and community service sessions. The trainees will gain insights into the different departments and exposure to our business operations under the guidance and supervision of department heads. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainees will have the chance of assuming management level positions within the company based on their performance and expertise, transforming into the future leaders of the Group.
Throughout our well-structured program, the trainees will be seconded to participate in various voluntary services at a charitable organization(s) for about two months.
The main job duties may include helping provide elderly services and assisting to find tailored solutions for the elderly who needs help or family in distress.
The trainees can gain career-related experience, boosting one’s analytical and problem-solving ability, communication skills, and patience.
