The principal business activities of the Group include (i) the Plantation Business; (ii) the Fruit Distribution Business; (iii) the Air-conditioners Distribution Business; and (iv) the Sales and Distribution of Consumables and Others Business.
In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements give a true and fair view of the Group as at 30 June 2025, and of its consolidated financial performance and its consolidated cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (“IASB”) and have been properly prepared in compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
During the Year, the Group had sufficient funds for the operation and would continue to adopt stringent cost control and conservative treasury policies in running the businesses.
